Can I add to my order?Getting orders out quickly is our main priority so unfortunately we are not able to add to or combine existing orders.

Can I remove an item from my order?Items cannot be removed from an order once it has been placed, but if the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it. Then, you can place a NEW order with all the items you want.

I forgot to use my discount code, what next?We are not able to apply the discount code or provide a refund for a missed code if you have already completed your purchase. The best option is to cancel the current order and place a new one with the code added. Order can only be canceled if it has not been shipped yet.

How do I cancel my order?To cancel your order send an e-mail to donna@topflightstamps.com as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, it will be cancelled.

I tried to order several of the same item, but when I went to check out there were fewer than I had wanted in my cart. What happened?When you are shopping, items are placed your cart, but they may also be placed in the carts of others at the same time. If they complete their purchase before you do, it will subtract the items from you cart because they are no longer available.

I placed an order but I didn’t get a confirmation email.Most likely your e-mail provider is not accepting the e-mail. Please check your SPAM folder and donna@topflightstamps.com to your allowed list. Also, several email servers block emails from Shopify so you may want to try another email. Most gmail.com email addresses will work.

I want an item that is out of stock. How do I know when it will be back?Look in the upper left corner of the item page and click the Back In Stock button. Add your e-mail and you will be sent an e-mail notification when the item is back in stock.

What forms of payment do you accept?We gladly accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay, Venmo, PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club.
