Shipping/Policies

Discounts - All discount codes must be entered DURING checkout. We are unable to adjust order totals after purchase if you forget to enter the code. 

Shipping fees -- will be based on the method of shipping you choose and the weight of the items in your order.

Free Shipping - All US orders over $75 will receive free shipping

Shipping Insurance - If the weight of your order requires USPS Priority Mail Shipping then insurance and tracking are included. If your package is lost or missing you can give the tracking number to your local post office and they can provide you with assistance. 

If there is an option on your shipping page for USPS First Class Shipping, your order will be sent via USPS First Class Mail and you will have the option to purchase insurance for your order. If you do not purchase insurance, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing packages. 

Shipping Time -- Most orders received  will ship within 3 business days and you can expect to receive your order in 7-10 business days or sooner. Shipping time for International Orders may be longer and based on the shipping option you choose. 


We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Topflight Stamps, LLC as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping, customs delays or product availability. The buyer is responsible for ALL customs charges incurred by their country. 

Returns will only be accepted in the event of a defective item or if the wrong item was sent. If an item is defective you must send a photo to donna@topflightstamps.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. 

Exchanges are not offered. 

PREORDERS - Pre-orders must be paid for at the time of checkout. If you order items that are not on Pre-order, then the entire order will be shipped when the Pre-ordered items arrive. If you do not want to wait, please do a separate order that only contains in-stock items and one that only contains Pre-order items. All items on Pre-Order status have been ordered from the supplier. If Pre-Orders exceed the amount purchased by Topflight Stamps, LLC and the item will take longer than a month (from the Pre-order date) to get back in-stock, you will be notified and have the option of a refund.
