Refund policy

At Top Flight Stamps, we want every order to be a delight. Please read our return policy carefully before purchasing.

Overview

We take great care packaging and shipping every order. Because many of our stamps are rare, international, and hard to find, we maintain a focused return policy that is fair to all of our customers.

Eligible Returns

Returns and refunds are accepted only in the following two cases:

  • Defective item — The item you received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect not described in the product listing.
  • Wrong item sent — You received a different item than what you ordered.

How to Request a Return

  1. Take photos immediately. Document the defective or incorrect item within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Email your photos and order details to donna@topflightstamps.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Wait for a response. We will review your claim and reply within 1–3 business days. We may request additional photos if needed.
  4. Resolution. Once approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or arrange a replacement, depending on availability and your preference.

Important — 48-Hour Deadline

Photo documentation must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be accepted. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for a return or refund:

  • Items in perfect condition that were ordered by mistake or are no longer wanted
  • Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window
  • Items damaged after delivery or showing signs of use
  • Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged by the carrier, photograph both the outer packaging and the item inside, and contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you toward a fair resolution.
